Policy and Terms

How long will it take to receive my order?

-Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Normally, We do not work on Sundays and may not answer back until Monday. We also occasionally interact in shows on weekends(Fri-Sun) therefore we may not answer messages or emails back until Monday. Shipping IN-STOCK items typically take 3 days or less after processing.

-We will always state if it is a PRE-ORDER and give an estimated time of arrival when taking pre-orders. If it is not stated that means it is NOT a pre-order and should be in stock. 

Lost/Stolen Items

We are not responsible for items lost in transit( contact USPS.com to file a claim with them and keep your tracking info on hand when calling) or when order marked as "Delivered". If you would like to add signature confirmation or insurance, you may email us before payment, and we can set up a way to add this to your order. Turq.rose@hotmail.com

Tracking Information

·         You will receive a shipping notification via email when a label is created and your item has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification from us, your purchase is still processing. We do not ship before an E-Check has cleared thru PayPal. We have absolutely no control once an E-Check has been submitted. That process and time is completely in the hands of PayPal and customer's bank. We ship once we receive notification thru PayPal that E-Check has cleared. If E-Check takes longer then 3 business days to clear on high demand item(s) TTRB has the right to cancel and/or refund once funds clear.  Example: If an item is selling out quickly yet E-Check has been submitted as a form of payment and has a waiting period over 3 days we can cancel or refund. Please know you are taking a risk when submitting payment thru an E-Check. If you do not know what an E-Check is please call PayPal. 


YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH US. Woohoo! At checkout you have the option to pay as a guest.

If Customer receives an incorrect order: Once TTRB is contacted we will correct immediately if in stock or will refund once item is back in our possession. TTRB will be responsible for sending a shipping label for incorrect orders not for any other reason such as size, color, material etc. See refund clause. TTRB does not pay for shipping product back that customer is wanting to be returned, exchanged or refunded due to size, color, dissatisfaction of material, etc. We pay only for incorrect items we sent out to customer. 

We only ship within the US.

Please email if you have a question or concern about color before purchasing. Sometimes lightening can appear lighter or darker on posts. 

We do not send receipts in bags. Your paid invoice and/or shipping confirmation is your form of receipt. 

*Please read washing instructions located inside of  tag, TTRB is not responsible for any washing/dry cleaning issues. 

*Check and double check your address, once shipped the package is in buyers hands. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer cost to ship again. We also do NOT have the time to edit addresses, however, We do understand mistakes happen and can intervene with editing an address BEFORE shipping label is created. Recurring events will not be assisted(we do not have the time). Customer is responsible to handle their own account with updating and having the correct address on file with PayPal. We do not update addresses thru PayPal, that is customers responsibility to call in and change and/or update. 

All orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping. 

All shoes/Jeans or more then 3 items at checkout are considered priority shipping therefore shipping will be $8.00 instead of $5.00. 


We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail provided when at checkout. Always check junk/spam mail for tracking email.
